Also new for this summer we have decided to open our family cottage on the bay in the Rehoboth Beach area of Delaware for limited rentals through Air BnB.
A new camping / glamping site nestled in the forests and hollers of East Tennessee. Just steps away from the Appalachian trail and some outdoor opportunities that are even more epic; you can’t go wrong with a visit to the spectacular Roan Mountain area.

Our Services
We are planning several camp sites, from the spectacular views of the mountains at our primitive Overlook campsite to the waterfront serenity of glamping at Pond Place, there’s something for everyone – plus restocking and shuttle service for the section or through hiker. In the near future we also plan to add accommodations for those who want to bring their equine partner to take advantage of the miles of mountain trails accessible right off the property. As an added bonus our new additions Rainboots and Hart from Quarter Spring Farm will be happy to provide pack goat services on guided treks led by one of our capable local guides, be it an overnight to watch the sun come up over one of the highest peaks of the Appalachians or just a afternoon picnic to our spectacular Strawberry meadow.

About Us
Jason and I came to the mountains of East Tennessee, first as hikers, then as absolute fans. When we decided to leave the hectic life of the northeast, we knew there was no other place we wanted to be. Now our mission is to share our passion and our love for Roan Mountain with with fellow outdoor enthusiasts and novices alike that want to experience more of the slower pace our beautiful mountain has to offer.

Hiking, camping, wildcrafting, and relaxation. Whether you want a weekend away to relax, a hunting or fishing trip, a zero day from the trail or a family reunion; we are happy to provide! As we grow we will be adding many more services, such as a concert venue and horse accommodations for anyone wanting to take advantage of the 100s of miles of horse and ATV trails available.
